The daily activities planned at HFCC are centered on our children’s interests. Children and staff plan activities together. These activities provide opportunities for self-expression through:
- Art (easel, paint)
- Music (rhythm instruments)
- Discovery (sciences)
- Quantities and measuring (cooking)
- Small muscle development (cutting, coloring)
- Sensory experience (playdough, sand, water)
- Large motor skills (tumbling, tricycles, climbing)
- Literature (stories, tapes, puppetry, writing, literacy center)
- Drama (fantasy, dress-up, performing plays or musicals)
